Privacy Policy
PIXELPET is a computer club. We keep the paperwork as short as the pet is small. This page explains what we collect when you book a station or write to us, why we keep it, and how to ask us to remove it.
What we collect
When you fill in the Book & feed form, you give us a name, an email address, a date, a chosen zone and a length of stay. That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not run trackers, advertising pixels or third-party analytics on these pages.
- Booking details you type into the form
- The email address you use to reach the counter
- Basic server logs your host keeps for security
Why we keep it
We use your details for one thing: to hold your seat and confirm it. Once a visit is done, the record simply tells us how busy the week was — the same tally the pet feeds from. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Cookies
The site itself sets no marketing or tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard technical items so pages load smoothly, and our host may log an IP address briefly for security. Nothing here follows you around the wider web.
Keeping it safe
Bookings are written to a file only the club can read. We hold details no longer than we need them and clear old entries on a regular sweep. No system is perfect, but we treat your details the way we treat the hardware: cleaned, checked, and not left lying about.
Your choices
Want to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted? Ask at the counter or reply to your confirmation email and we will sort it out. If you never booked, we hold nothing about you at all.
