Terms of Use

These are the house rules for the club. Book a seat, treat the room and the pet kindly, and everyone gets a good session. By reserving a station or walking in, you agree to the points below.

Booking & hours

Reserve a seat through the Book & feed form or at the counter. We hold your station for fifteen minutes past the start time; after that a walk-in may take it. The hall opens Monday to Thursday 10am to 2am, Friday and Saturday 10am to 6am, and Sunday from noon to midnight. Night owl blocks run Friday and Saturday only.

On the floor

Keep it friendly. Voices down in the quiet Carrot corner, headsets on for anything loud, and let the row next to you concentrate. Food and drink are fine at your seat as long as they stay off the keyboards. If a spill happens, tell the counter rather than mopping it into the tower yourself.

Looking after the gear

Every station is shared, so leave it the way you would want to find it. Bring your own keyboard, mouse or headset and plug into the spare ports up top — but please do not open the towers, unplug fixed cables, or install anything that stays behind after you log out. Flag a fault and we will swap you to a working seat.

Fair play

Scores, matches and ladders here are about skill and time on the clock — nothing more. There are no money stakes, no cash prizes and no wagering of any kind on the premises. Anyone treating the club otherwise will be asked to leave.

Ages & access

Younger players are welcome with a guardian's say-so, and staff may set quieter hours for them. We can refuse or end a session for conduct that spoils the room for others. These terms may change; the current version always lives on this page.
